Delivery Information

1: Delivery times are governed by our carriers, and are approximate.

2: Orders received by 11.30am Mon-Fri will be dispatched same day via our courier service using the preferred delivery method unless the product is unavailable. Orders received after 11.30am will be dispatched the following working day. No deliveries are dispatched or made on Saturday or Sunday.

3: Any delivery times are quoted from when the order is fulfilled to the package reaching its destination.

4: Delivery times for non-UK mainland addresses will have an extended delivery time; normally adding an additional 2-3 days, depending on the location of the delivery. This will be longer by up to an additional 2 days for standard deliveries to non-UK addresses.
5: After seeking your approval we may dispatch your order in multiple instalments, as required.

6: If free delivery or any discount is offered, it will be at our discretion and may not be available on certain products, or in certain countries.

7: You will be advised of the total cost for post & packaging at the review stage of the payment.


1: The selected carrier will attempt to deliver your order to your requested address on up to 3 separate occasions. If, after the third attempt delivery is not possible, the goods will be returned to the despatch warehouse (subject to item 3 below). There will be an additional cost to resend the order out a second time. The cost is determined by the size of the order but will not be less than £10.00.

2: Where delivery is not possible due to a courier error or failure, there will be no additional charge to send out the order a second time. Where failures to deliver are under extenuating circumstances (such as force majeure) the courier exemption charge does not apply.

3: Under some circumstances, the carrier may leave your order in a safe place if you are not in to receive it. This is normally after the second or third attempt. If the courier deems there is no safe place and no other option is available (such as a neighbour) and no other instructions provided from the consumer, the parcel will be returned to the dispatch warehouse.

4: Where the consumer is liable for the return of an order and has not made reasonable attempts to confirm delivery prior to the goods being returned, any refunds are only for the cost of goods and do not include any refund of the postage element of the order.

5: While we and our approved carriers make every effort to deliver and keep consumers updated on the progress and delivery of their order; it is the consumer’s responsibility to keep themselves updated on the expected delivery and whereabouts in the transit system of the order.

6: A tracking link is always provided for an order. Consumers can go to the tracking page on the website and enter their order reference number. This will display the most recent tracking information from the approved carrier for the order. The order reference number will be on the order information emailed to you when your order was confirmed. It can also be provided by customer services if you have lost or do not know the order number.


1: Any free or discounted delivery offer is only valid on orders delivered in the mainland UK.

2: Any free delivery offer only applies to standard delivery (approx. 3-5 working days). If express delivery (2 working days) is required then a individual charge will apply based on the characteristics of the item in question.

3: We have arranged this promotion in good faith. We reserve the right to change, modify or cancel the promotion if circumstances make this unavoidable.
